Uma janela para olhar.

Por ocasião dos preparativos da minha fala para o I Congresso Ibero Americano de recreação terapêutica em Oncologia Pediátrica em Porto, Portugal, tive o desafio de falar em 15 minutos por Skype sobre uma pedagogia baseada no olhar do palhaço e direcionada a estudantes de medicina.

O trabalho nos últimos anos com a Escola dos Doutores da Alegria gerou metodologia sobre a formação do palhaço para atuar no hospital e nos levou a estruturar princípios para uma escola que forma para o olhar: ligar o ensino aos acontecimentos da vida, considerar a experiência de quem aprende como principal recurso de formação, utilizar o corpo e afetos como recursos vitais de aprendizado, privilegiar perguntas ao invés de respostas.

Estes princípios, em geral, estão na contramão do que normalmente se encontrará nos bancos das universidades repletos de um saberconectado a uma suposta verdade exterior,um mundo acadêmicode respostas e saberes catalogados que sustentamuma suposta realidade que independe de nossa percepção. Mesmo assim este me parece um bom desafio para as necessidades do ensino médico: tentar instaurar outro espaço possívelpara experimentar conhecimento e construir saberes.

Mas então, como gerar um espaço pedagógico com os princípiosdo palhaço? E mais, como fazer da sala de aulaum espaço de conexão interior com uma determinada ética do encontro para a qual estudantes de medicina possam retornar ao longo de sua formação médica? Colocarei aqui alguns ingredientes que temos exercitadonos encontros com estes estudantes.

1.Sentidos: tato,olfato,visão, e audição.

Sentidos primários que possibilitam uma conexão com o que nos afetae nos permite estabelecerconexão com o outro. Os sentidos são nossa maquina de guerra em um mundo que tem ficado tão duro,gelado, surdo,cego. Manter-se conectado com nossos sentidos nos devolve humanidade e potência. E a formação do palhaço se apoia integralmente no exercício dos sentidos. Como diz Parmuk “a grande literatura não se dirige a nossa capacidade de julgamento e sim nossa capacidade de nos colocarmos no lugar do outro”. Experimentar este outro passa pelos sentidos.

2. Experimentar o “EU” através de jogos e brincadeiras.

“A infância é quando ainda não é demasiado tarde, é quando estamos disponíveis para nos surpreendermos, para nos deixarmos encantar. A infância não é apenas um estagio para a maturidade, é uma janela aberta ou fechada que permanece viva dentro de nós” (Mia Couto).

Nosso trabalho nos encontros com os estudantesé buscarmos possibilidades para que eles possamolhar através desta janela. Os jogos e brincadeiras nos ajudam e recolher e rememorar um tempo que pode se atualizar para esta etapa da vida profissional dando contornos a construção de uma identidade profissional que parte do autoconhecimento.

Ao longo dos encontros a experiência do jogo e da conexão com os sentidos cria um espaço de pequenas memórias, acontecimentos sutis que vão ficando ancorado sem um espaço seguro onde os participantes , espero , poderão voltar quando necessário. Para quea palavra “EU” possa anteceder o “Eu faço”,“Eu médico”. Para que a individualidade, o que é próprio de cada um possa moldar a ação médica ao longo dos inumeráveis encontros de suas vidasprofissionais. Com isso, a noção de leitura e aprendizado destes jovens é convidada e estender-separa um universo que transpõe o mundo acadêmico. A leitura do mundo não passa só pelo aprendizado nas escolas. Ha um vasto universo que nos convida a ler.Lemos sinais climáticos,lemos as nuvens,lemos o chão, lemos emoções nos rostos. “Tudo pode ser pagina, depende apenas da intenção de descoberta de nosso olhar.” (Mia Couto)
