Pesquisa : porque e para que?

De 23 a 25 de setembro tive o prazer de estar no encontro anual da EFHCO ( European Federation of Healthcare Clown Organizations) em Genebra.

Lá, junto com outros membros do HCRIN ( Heatlhcare Clowning Research International Network), ministramos oficina para outros pesquisadores ligados a organizações da federação sobre como desenvolver pesquisa nesta área.

Fiquei feliz em ver como o tema da pesquisa junto a palhaços que atuam na área de saúde tem crescido e como a rede de pesquisadores tem se fortalecido com o passar dos anos. Quem ganha com isto são as organizações de saúde. Mais e mais um tema invisível que é o da força das relações na produção de saúde, tem tido a possibilidade de se materializar através da publicação destes trabalhos.

Abaixo você poderá ler o resumo de algumas ideias que apresentei na oficina ministrada.Pesquisa : porque e para que?

Sobre geração de conhecimento O que motiva a organização a pesquisar? Qual a pergunta que norteia a necessidade de desenvolver conhecimento? É uma pergunta que conduz para o fora (mostrar para o mundo os resultados da atividade) ou para dentro (desenvolvimento da organização). Como a organização se relaciona com o tema Desenvolvimento de Conhecimento? Este tema acontece todos os dias na rotina da organização: nas intervenções artísticas nos hospitais, nos treinamentos artísticos, nos processos e fluxos de trabalho da organização. Como eu crio uma sistemática para apreender e refletir sobre o conhecimento cotidiano que a organização gera? Esta pergunta norteia um modo de se relacionar com a apreensão dos acontecimentos no dia a dia da organização. Sou uma organização que aprende a partir das praticas e reinvento modos de atuar ou participo mais reproduzindo processos já instalados? Existem brechas para reflexão, avaliação, mudança de direções?

Acredito que, hoje, um grande legado que as organizações de palhaços na área de saúde pode deixar para o futuro é o conhecimento que pode ser dividido com profissionais de saúde e estudantes da área para se criar novos modelos e paradigmas de saúde. Como minha organização está construindo este legado? Uma pesquisa especifica, sobre um tema especifico, é um pequeno recorte de todo o conhecimento gerado que eu escolho me aprofundar. Então, a primeira pergunta é: Como minha organização lida com todo o conhecimento gerado dentro dela? Existem mecanismos para que este conhecimento seja apreendido, sistematizado, refletido e reinserido novamente na organização?

Sobre pesquisa

Falando especificamente de uma pesquisa é preciso compreender: ela está a serviço do que? Provar para o meio cientifico os efeitos da atuação do palhaço? Aprofundar métodos de trabalho? Abrir nova fronteiras ainda não trilhadas? Ampliar e aprofundar o conhecimento para trocar experiências com o meio medico? Ser parte efetiva da discussão sobre o tema da saúde no mundo contemporâneo? Tendo explorado este universo de possibilidades, a organização escolhe um tema de pesquisa que dialoga com sua vocação. Mesmo que esta pesquisa seja, por exemplo, sobre os efeitos da atuação do palhaço na sua pratica ( ou seja, direcionada para fora da organização) a organização deve levar em conta que esta pesquisa, como forma de conhecimento adquirido, dialoga com a organização. Então, sempre há de se levar em consideração perguntas do tipo: como estes resultados se relacionam com as praticas da organização? Como a transformam? O que eu aprendo com eles? É importante ter claro a importância deste envolvimento para poder se relacionar com a pesquisa. A pesquisa, mesmo que realizada por uma universidade ou outro órgão de pesquisa, não é neutra no que não diz respeito ao que possa decorrer dela. Ela deve interagir com a organização, trazer perguntas, reflexões que geram movimentos e novas direções. Estou falando de uma pesquisa viva, que pulsa.

Visão de ciência: de que ciência estou falando? Mitos sobre ciência: ciência neutra , ciência como fonte da verdade, metodologias como instrumentos a serem reverenciados.

O trabalho do palhaço na área de saúde é um fenômeno complexo e deve ser tratado com tal. A organização precisará encontrar pesquisadores que honrem esta complexidade. Pesquisadores que proponham estratégias que dialoguem com esta complexidade. Então, por mais que a organização não entenda de pesquisa e metodologias, ela precisara adquirir alguns parâmetros para saber se as metodologias propostas atendem a complexidade do trabalho. Lembrem-se que é a organização de palhaços quem tem a propriedade e profundidade do conhecimento. É necessária uma relação estreita com o pesquisador para esta troca e escolha de metodologias. A ciência não é algo asséptico e neutro. Ela funciona mais como uma criança curiosa que faz perguntas sobre o mundo, que explora, faz conexões . A ciência se relaciona mais com boas perguntas do que com respostas. Isto porque as boas perguntas abrem universos ainda pouco explorados. Um bom cientista não está tão distante de um palhaço dentro de um quarto de hospital. Ele tem uma maleta cheias de métodos e processos, mas ele se utilizará ou não deles a partir de um vazio inicial, a partir da criação de uma relação de abertura para ouvir e interagir com o fenômeno que ele está estudando. A metodologia, o instrumento a ser aplicado, as perguntas de um questionário decorrem deste processo. Estes instrumentos devem ser o resultado desta interação viva e dinâmica que se estabelece entre pesquisador e o que vai ser pesquisado. E a organização de palhaços é parte fundamental para a construção desta relação viva.
