Palhaço como artista interventor

Frequentemente recebo convites para falar com grupo de palhaços. Muitas vezes estas falas precisam acontecer em tempo restrito, em meio a outras atividades dentro de um curso ou festival. A cada convite me pergunto: o que é essencial falar para quem está buscando formação de palhaço? Divido algumas reflexões com vocês.

O artista contemporâneo vem rompendo as paredes de espaços específicos – galerias de arte e teatros – para participar da vida pública e do cotidiano das pessoas. A atuação do palhaço em hospitais é exemplo disso. Com esta escolha o artista abre mão de uma posição onde seu oficio é feito de dom ou genialidade para ocupar o lugar de propositor, aquele que é capaz de fazer leituras do que acontece e intervir a partir do seu oficio.

Este cenário traz como necessidade aprofundar o treinamento de sua pratica para, como artista, ele seja capaz de criar chaves de leitura do universo onde atua, cartografar necessidades e urgências. Cartografar é gerar um mapa afetivo do que acontece no lugar e situação que ele irá atuar. O palhaço potencializa sua atuação ao viver o lugar de um cartógrafo, aquele que dá língua para os afetos que pedem passagem, mergulhando nas intensidades do contexto onde atua, atento ás linguagens que encontrar para retirar elementos possíveis e composições necessárias que irão se materializar através de sua atuação artística. O corpo do palhaço é suporte destas cartografias que se materializam através de seu figurino, da fala, dos objetos que leva e do uso que fará desses objetos.

O palhaço se ocupa de cartografias já feitas e também de cartografias possíveis (desejos ainda não inscritos) gerando, através de sua intervenção, mobilidade em mapas já estabelecidos, reinventando sentidos, criando linhas de fuga para uma realidade estática.

Para isso é importante que algumas perguntas acompanhem a trajetória da formação do palhaço no hospital:

Qual urgência o move como artista?

Qual ruptura quer causar com sua ação?

Como ele cartografa situações que pedem esta ruptura?

Quais são suas estratégias de investigação?

Quais ferramentas são necessárias para que sua ação gere as rupturas necessárias?

Difícil? Necessário. Perguntas que norteiam o caminho e iluminam esse inesgotável mundo de acontecimentos dentro do hospital.
