Ele vem da possibilidade de provocar nestes jovens uma condição de estranhamento do hospital, um olhar estrangeiro para seu ambiente de trabalho. Este estranhamento vem, por exemplo, da possibilidade que tiveram de realizar visitas de observação focadas em estratégias simples como escutar os sons do hospital, observar as mãos das pessoas, os penteados ou a maneira de caminhar. Simples assim: sem jaleco e sem crachá.

Os relatos que li foram preciosos. Sem jaleco e sem crachá estes jovens descobrem que o hospital é muito mais rumoroso do que imaginavam, que é um lugar onde os pacientes dividem suas histórias intimas mas não com os médicos. Que no hospital cabelos desarrumados, em geral, são dos pacientes e os arrumados, quase sempre, dos profissionais de saúde. Que cabelos mal arrumados tendem a provocar um afastamento para o contato. Que as mãos experimentam muitas possibilidades de se comportarem dentro do hospital, mas que não são vistas mãos profissionais tocando mãos doentes.

Esta cartografia do espaço hospitalar é a base para gerar novos modos de se afetar e criar nossas possibilidades de estar ali e atuar, aumentar repertório de ação e de ser. Não é pouco: é a base para formação do palhaço mas também do profissional de saúde. É deste lugar, onde estes jovens experimentam ser afetados pelo que observam que pode nascer um lugar de vulnerabilidade fundamental para uma educação da relação. Sem isso não tem nariz vermelho que dê conta da graça. Na verdade, estes jovens que não serão palhaços profissionais porque escolheram o palhaço como meio para uma formação médica mais humanizada, ganham muito mais em tirar o jaleco para este tipo de observação do que em colocar o nariz vermelho. Talvez isso não tenha tanto glamour em uma época em que é cool cultivar a alegria, mas, sem dúvida, será infinitamente mais útil para o futuro profissional destes jovens e dos pacientes que cruzarem seus caminhos.
