Congresso Luso-Brasileiro de Investigação Qualitativa

Essa semana participei virtualmente do Congresso Luso-Brasileiro de Investigação Qualitativa (CLBIQ2013), apresentando meu trabalho de formação junto a profissionais de saúde, fruto da pesquisa realizada ao longo dos últimos 20 anos, parte deles em parceria com os Doutores da Alegria. O trabalho de investigação-ação (baseado em registros sistemáticos de aulas e avaliações realizadas com profissionais de saúde durante esse período) em torno desta experiência formativa foi alvo de reflexão na comunicação. As evidências recolhidas neste período de intervenção e investigação mostram a importância da criação de espaços para cuidar do cuidador e a necessidade de se criarem canais de expressão para seu cotidiano de trabalho. Situando, o CLBIQ 2013 é um evento que visa a discussão de conhecimentos, novas perspectivas, experiências e inovações no domínio da Investigação Qualitativa. Esse é a segunda edição do Congresso. POR UMA ÉTICA DO ENCONTRO: A INFLUÊNCIA DA ATUAÇÃO DE PALHAÇOS PROFISSIONAIS NA AÇÃO DOS PROFISSIONAIS DE SAÚDE

Resumo
A medicina é, antes de tudo, uma ciência social, um processo que envolve técnica e relação humana e que ultrapassa o modelo cientifico em que se insere. Trata-se de um espaço através do qual podemos tecer nosso imaginário sobre experiências ligadas à vida, morte, sofrimento e perda. Falar, escutar, tocar fazem circular este imaginário. Porém, a estrutura de funcionamento atual da medicina dificulta este processo.A formação médica valoriza prioritariamente os procedimentos, os sintomas e o saber técnico, sendo que tudo o que não pode ser nomeado dentro desta estrutura de conhecimento não é contemplado na formação destes profissionais.

Numa tentativa de reverter esta situação, vários grupos de estudantes da área de saúde no Brasil incluem em sua formação -através de programas de extensão universitária -, cursos preparatórios para atuarem como palhaços em hospitais. Através desta ação, estes estudantes estão fincando bandeira em um objetivo importante: atravessar a universidade por uma experiência de aprendizado diversa da que encontram, em geral, em sala de aula: uma experiência de sentidos físicos (olhar, ouvir, tocar) e sentidos imaginários sobre saúde, doença e cura. Na presente comunicação dá-se a conhecer a intervenção formativa que se tem desenvolvido nesta área na Escola Doutores da Alegria entre 1998 – 2012.

Utilizando jogos de integração, prontidão, improviso e música, estas oficinas visam estimular o profissional para a qualidade do seu processo de comunicação com o paciente. O trabalho de investigação-ação (baseado em registros sistemáticos de aulas e avaliações realizadas durante esse período) em torno desta experiência formativa será alvo de reflexão na presente comunicação. As evidências recolhidas ao longo de 14 anos de intervenção e investigação nessa área mostram a importância da criação de espaços para cuidar do cuidador, e a necessidade de se criarem canais de expressão e elaboração para o seu cotidiano de trabalho.
