A caminhante

Esta mulher que caminha sobre estas sandálias, como apresentá-la? As sandálias de estilo romano não falam só de estilo mas também da caminhante, das caminhadas e dos caminhos.

Foram horas e horas descobrindo picadas pelos mapas do Rio de Janeiro e, ainda que o caminho se repetisse, era sempre uma nova aventura: uma rua, uma arvore, paisagens que se sobrepunham em mosaicos nos desdobramentos das zonas remotas da cidade.

Mas com esta caminhante as maiores caminhadas eram as que aconteciam em nossos planejamentos de atividades e dentro de sala de aula.

Saber ler as necessidades do grupo. Fazer escolhas sobre o melhor caminho a seguir no momento justo, sem antecipar com ansiedades ou retardar presa ao que foi planejado. Escolher caminhos que se faziam no silêncio, na respiração, na imobilidade, no voltar e recomeçar. Com ela aprendi que tudo isso é caminhar, porque não se caminha só para frente, avançar é também aprender a ler o que está em volta.

Com ela aprendi que caminhante é aquele que não se cansa de se aventurar na essência, no propósito e na ética do caminho. Em nosso caso a aventura de pensar e investir nas relações com nossos convidados, os profissionais de saúde.

Nestes anos, as caminhadas juntas foram tantas que suas sandálias ficaram como um marco de nosso trabalho.

Morgana me convidou a escrever sobre a nossa experiência com a oficina Boas Misturas realizadas nos hospitais estaduais do Rio de Janeiro. Prá contar sobre essa experiência recorri aos registros que fizemos durante as oficinas. Confesso que falar sobre profissionais de saúde me causa certo pânico uma vez que “conheço da missa, a metade”, como diria minha avó. Escolhi como ponto de partida o que ouvimos dos participantes:

“É muito bom contar com o outro”

“O mundo nos convoca à ansiedade e lá fora os olhos são sempre de avaliação”

“Trabalho ao lado dela (referindo-se à outra participante) há um bom tempo e sequer sabia o seu nome”

“Mesmo nas brincadeiras, a gente gosta de colocar os colegas em situação difícil, o duro é ajudá-los a sair da situação”

“Alguém falou da angustia de permanecer de olhos fechados. Cego ou guia? Melhor conduzir do que ser conduzido”

“A cada exercício a gente vai pegando confiança”

Um objeto de uso hospitalar muito conhecido do grupo é passado por cada participante que deve mostrar uma utilização diferente da conhecida para este objeto . Um exercício básico prá quem conhece teatro mas um desafio para o grupo . Difícil, mas se soltam: o cone virou cotonete, pente, urinol, chapéu, telefone, lixa de unha, etc. Riem, num misto de profunda timidez, vergonha por achar que deveriam estar fazendo algo mais conseqüente e, muita vontade de rir. Simplesmente, rir. Vez ou outra bate uma brisa de pensamentos, captada por uma exclamação mais envergonhada, ou um olhar desconfiado: tanta coisa mais importante e nós aqui fazendo isso. Será que não é desperdício de tempo? E vai aplicar isso onde?

Escravos de Jô com os próprios sapatos correndo pela roda era um desafio motor, uma volta aos tempos de infância, e quando acumulava sapatos em frente a alguém da roda, se largavam no chão de tanto rir. Vez ou outra apareciam memórias “meu pai reunia a família e propunha muitas brincadeiras e era muito bom”.

Escravos de Jó era a música proposta. Mas daí surgiam Pai Francisco e Samba Lelê. Do canto prá encenação das cantigas era um pulo. E depois de tudo, largados no chão comentavam: Muito bom começar a semana assim. Há tempos não rio de me jogar no chão, eu, mãe de família, esposa, quem te viu heim?

Era lindo ver quando conseguiam se soltar, espontâneos, cabeça buscando funcionar em novo giro, experimentando caminhos, passeando pela própria história, pelas origens, retomando habilidades deixadas prá trás, que no dia a dia, não cabem no ambiente profissional, dizem, afinal, profissional sério, tem que ser sério. Talvez seja isso que chamamos de profissionalismo. Penso que o mal entendimento sobre este conceito vem fazendo estragos e faz mal para o mundo. Ser profissional é: venha e cumpra o seu papel. É impressionante como a gestão das instituições conseguem tirar o que há de pior das pessoas!

Desculpem, foi uma rápida digressão.

Recuperar a capacidade de criar é essencial. Não há curso de power point que dê conta de formação de profissionais de saúde – exceto informações técnicas, claro – eles enfrentam cheiros, imagens, emoções intensas, falta de recursos e vão falar com quem? Com o bispo diria minha avó. Por uma estranha razão, tenho pensado muito na minha avó.

E também não se trata de cursinhos de sensibilização, acho que estão arque sensibilizados, aliás, de tanta sensibilidade e percepções sem saídas, criaram calos pra poder dar conta do dia a dia . A doença é o mínimo que enfrentam perto das histórias sociais que acompanham os “donos” das doenças. Pena que os laboratórios ainda não inventaram um bom remédio. Quem sabe, fica aqui um desafio!!!!

Mas voltando às oficinas, cada vez que retornávamos para um determinado hospital, eu me lembrava do filme “Como se fosse a primeira vez”. O personagem do ator Adam Sandler se apaixona por uma garota que sofrera um acidente, ela ficou com uma seqüela neurológica. Quando acordava para um novo dia tinha esquecido tudo do dia anterior, inclusive que tinha se apaixonado. Todo o acordar era uma reconquista, uma comédia romântica . Assim era neste hospital. Diferente dos outros hospitais, neste em particular, parecia que éramos atravessados por alguma seqüela crônica que impedia os poucos profissionais participantes de manter qualquer coisa dentro deles.

O grupo oscilava entre enfermeiras sem paciência que foram “encarregadas” de participar da oficina e lá pelas tantas, estavam descalças, correndo e rebolando; jovens cheios de energia, arrelientos por natureza, que davam dribles e entravam no jogo com muita prontidão; garotas novas, recém formadas, prontas para provocar mudanças naquele mundo e os funcionários mais velhos e mais antigos de casa, nem sempre muito ágeis mas bastante experientes que davam um caldo especial para a brincadeira.

Cada vez que vejo o cartaz divulgando a oficina , eu começo a contar os dias para chegar. Trabalha com a minha mente, dizia um deles. E trabalhava mesmo pois era o único que guardava em si a memória dos nossos encontros.

Um dia desses, num outro hospital, uma enfermeira chegou atrasada e com a mesma energia que saiu de trás do balcão da enfermaria emendou no jogo que já estava acontecendo na oficina . Deu uma bela trombada em outra participante que sentiu o tranco. O grupo reconheceu que a energia com que enfrentam o dia a dia do hospital era aquela mesmo. É como entrar prá pular corda. Foguinho. Já experimentaram?

Cruzávamos o Rio de Janeiro para chegar nos hospitais. De cabo a rabo, como dizia a minha avó. E era uma viagem para além das estradas.
